Main technical and specification requirements:

2. Measurement requirement: Its measurement is within 0.2%.

4. Equipped with an empty bucket storage station, with at least 10 empty bucket storage spaces, the empty buckets will automatically enter the filling station for filling; Automatic filling, the filling station can be adjusted, suitable for two different sizes of barrels; There is an inner bag tie station at the back, and the filled barrels can automatically stop at this station. After manual tying is completed, they will automatically enter the next station; The next workstation is considering the capping workstation, which is considering automatic capping. At the same time, there is a new requirement that there must be a layer of fine mesh inside the filling head to prevent granular objects from entering the barrel, and there must be no dripping phenomenon. During CIP cleaning, DN40 quick connect plugs are used for the joints, and the cleaning solution is recycled through the recycling pipeline. All supporting hoses and quick connect fittings must be provided in advance for us to weld and assemble;
9. All equipment must comply with GMP standards and be made of 304 stainless steel material. At the same time, the electrical part must be well waterproofed, and the conveyor line needs to be washed with water
